We’re seeking a volunteer bookkeeper. The commitment is approximately 8 hours/month. Duties include:
Bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting.
Attending quarterly financial committee meetings.
Advising on the creation of annual budget.
Providing quarterly financial reports to the Board of Directors.
Providing financial reports requested by funders.
Must be experienced in non-profit bookkeeping, proficient in QuickBooks for NonProfits and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Square, PayPal, Eventbrite, and Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
The bookkeeper is NOT responsible for filing the orgainzation’s 990 tax return.
