Ellen Apel appears as Virginia in Theatre Unbound’s production of Sarah Ruhl’s The Clean House. Theatre Unbound audiences may recognize her from The Good Fight, Murderess, Medea (a Noh Cycle), Chemical Imbalance, or long long ago – Broken Peaces. She has also worked with more than 20 Twin Cities theaters including Frank, Gremlin, Coup d’Etat, The Guthrie, The Jungle, Minnesota Jewish Theater, Park Square Theater, and Torch Theater. Some of her favorite roles include Nastya in The Lower Depths, Fanny in On the Verge, Regina in Little Foxes, Lottie in Enchanted April, Darcy in One Flea Spare, and Lady Macbeth.
